Ronald Hoffman Elected to Pall Corporation Board of Directors

Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL), a global leader in filtration, separation and purification systems and technologies today announced that its shareholders elected Ronald Hoffman, CEO of Dover Corporation (NYSE:DOV), to its board of directors, effective immediately. The announcement came at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders held today at the Long Island Marriott in Uniondale, New York.

Prior to becoming CEO of Dover Corporation, Mr. Hoffman served as its President & Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he was President & Chief Executive Officer of Dover Resources, where he earlier served as Executive Vice President.
