RLJ Lodging Trust Q4 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - RLJ Lodging Trust (RLJ) Tuesday said fourth-quarter profit jumped to $40.51 million or $0.33 per share from $18.89 million or $0.18 per share last year.

Income from continuing operations totaled $38.57 million or $0.31 per share. Three analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.29 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Funds from operations, or FFO, for the quarter increased to $70.15 million from $51.03 million in the same period last year.

Adjusted FFO for the quarter was $74.75 million or $0.61 per share.

Revenues totaled $261.58 million, up from $222.80 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $256.50 million.

Pro forma RevPAR for the quarter improved 8.7 percent over last year.

Looking ahead, the company currently projects full-year Pro forma RevPAR growth in a range of 6.5 percent to 8.0 percent, up from its previous guidance range of 6.0 percent to 8.0 percent.
