RHJ International SA: Transparency Declaration Notification (Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007) - Oddo & Cie SCA

On 31 July 2014, Oddo & Cie SCA sent a notification that the aggregate amount of shares held by Oddo & Cie SCA had crossed upward, on 29 July 2014, the threshold  of  5%  of  the  total  outstanding  shares  issued  by  RHJ  International  ("RHJI") and that Oddo & Cie SCA held 8,211,164 shares representing 9.02% of the 91,045,745 RHJI shares outstanding. Each RHJI share carries one voting right.
