Revised agreement with Quandt Dachbanen and raised expectations for 2017 for NOxOFF and Photocat Garden in Germany and Austria

On January 12^th 2016 the co-operation between Danish Greentech company Photocat and German bitumen membrane producer Quandt Dachbanen was initiated. The agreement was expected to generate above MDKK 2.3 over a two-year period. With the revised agreement Quandt Dachbanen is committed to a minimum production of 600.000sqm in 2017 the revised revenue from this client alone in 2016 and 2017 is expected to be between MDKK 3 and MDKK 6 for NOxOFF products.

Photocat and Quandt Dachbanen has furthermore agreed that Quandt Dachbanen will be a distributor of the Photocat Garden product under a new brand, aeropura, in both Germany and Austria. Target markets will be retail and professionals.
