Restoration Hardware Announces Pricing Of Public Follow-on Offering At $70/shr

(RTTNews) - Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc. (RH) announced the pricing of its public follow-on offering of 8.00 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $70.00 per share.

All of the shares to be sold in the offering will be sold by existing stockholders of the Company. No shares are being sold by the Company in the offering and the Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares.

In addition, the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 1.20 million shares from the selling shareholders.
