Reading Int'l Former Chairman And CEO James Cotter Sr. Passed Away

(RTTNews) - Reading International Inc. (RDI) said that its controlling shareholder and former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, James Cotter, Sr. has passed away. Cotter has been the controlling force at our Company for nearly three decades.

He is survived by his three children, each of whom is active in the company. James J. Cotter, Jr. continues as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Ellen Cotter continues as its Chairman and as the head of its domestic cinema operations. Margaret Cotter continues as its Vice Chairman, and as the head of its live theater operations.
