Rapp Collins Dallas Hires Robert Anderson as Executive Creative Director

DALLAS, June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert Anderson has been named Executive Creative Director of Rapp Collins Dallas, reporting to Chief Creative Officer, North America, Rachael Heapps. The announcement was made today by Dallas Managing Director, Becca Weigman.

Mr. Anderson brings a wealth of leadership experience gained from working with clients such as American Express, BMW, British Airways, HP, IBM and Rolex during his 20-year marketing career. As ECD at Rapp Collins, Mr. Anderson will oversee a growing and diverse creative department, working on fully integrated CRM programs for clients including Best Buy, Hyatt, Luxottica, Direct Energy and Bank of America.

In making the announcement, Ms. Weigman offered, "Robert has a great track record of creating award-winning global communications in all media. His international experience and early entry into online marketing provides us with even more robust digital creativity. His skill set will complement and catapult our offerings as we continue to service our clients as leaders in the [direct] digital space."

Most recently, Mr. Anderson was Creative Director at Modem Media, a Digitas Inc. Co., in Norwalk, CT. Prior to that, he was Group Creative Director at FCBi, New York, and Director at OgilvyOne, Seoul, Korea. Mr. Anderson is also known for leading expeditions to the Himalayas, having taken groups to the top of Everest, as well as ascending the "seven summits," the tallest peak on each of the seven continents.
