Ralph Lauren Rejigs Leadership Team - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Ralph Lauren Corp. (RL) Wednesday announced changes to its leadership team as part of creating a new Office of the Chairman led by Ralph Lauren CEO.

Jackwyn Nemerov, currently Executive Vice President, has been promoted to President and COO, replacing Roger Farah who will become Executive Vice Chairman.

Jackwyn Nemerov most recently served as EVP of wholesale apparel, home, accessories and footwear, product licensing, merchandising, global sourcing and supply chain. She previously served in various executive capacities at Jones Apparel Group, including President and COO.

Farah joined Ralph Lauren from Venator Group, Inc., where he served as Chairman and CEO. Prior to that he was President and COO of Macy's Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Federated Merchandising Services and Rich's Department Stores, respectively.

Christopher Peterson, currently Senior Vice President and CFO, will become Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in addition to his role as CFO.

Christopher Peterson has been serving as SVP and CFO since September 2012, prior to which he was at Procter & Gamble Company in several senior corporate and operational roles. Most recently, he was CFO of its Global Household Care division.

All changes will be effective as of November 1, allowing for a smooth transition period.
