(RTTNews) - Radware Ltd (RDWR), a provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, said its fourth-quarter 2013 GAAP net income fell to $5.72 million or $0.12 per share, from $9.11 million or $0.20 per share, in the 2012 period. On a non-GAAP basis, net profit amounted to $10.1 million or $0.22 per share during the latest quarter.

However, the company reported quarterly revenues of $53.03 million, compared with the prior-year figure of $49.84 million, up 6% year-on-year.

On average, 7 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings per share of $0.20, on $51.61 million revenue for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.
