Radware Announces $40 Mln Buyback - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Radware (RDWR), a provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, said its board of directors has authorized a new one-year share repurchase plan allowing the company to invest up to $40 million to repurchase its ordinary shares.

The plan authorizes management to repurchase, from time to time, ordinary shares in open market transactions or in privately negotiated transactions depending on market conditions, share price, trading volume and other factors.

The share repurchases will be funded from available working capital.
