Quantum Technologies Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements

LAKE FOREST, Calif., Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: QTWW) (the "Company"), a global leader in natural gas storage systems, integration and vehicle system technologies,  today announced that it has been formally notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.  The Company received a letter from Nasdaq on August 14, 2013 notifying the Company that because the closing bid price of the Company's common stock was at least $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive business days it has regained compliance with The Nasdaq Capital Market's $1.00 minimum bid price rule and the matter is now closed.
