Waldenburg, 09 April 2013 - The Board of Directors and Management of R. STAHL AG today decided to propose a dividend payment of EUR 1.00 per share at the Company's upcoming annual general meeting for financial year 2012, to be held on 17 May, 2013 in Neuenstein, Germany.

Depending on approval by shareholders at the meeting, and based on the number of shares eligible to receive dividends, the total payment will be approximately EUR 5.9 million. This represents a payout ratio of 42%, based on declared net profits of EUR 13,940,840.10. Compared to last year's dividend payment of EUR 0.70 per share, the proposed dividend represents a 43% increase, as management intends for shareholders to participate in the growing profitability of the Company.
