(RTTNews) - Penske Automotive Group Inc. (PAG), an international transportation services company, said first-quarter net income attributable to shareholders increased to $67.5 million from $57.7 million. Income per share advanced to $0.75 from $0.64.

Total revenue increased 20.9 percent to $4.05 billion from $3.35 billion. Analysts expected revenues of $3.72 billion.
