ONE Industries appoints McGuane as CEO

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ONE Industries Corp., recently acquired by Transom Capital Group, has appointed Jeff McGuane as President & CEO.

Russell Roenick, managing director of Transom Capital Group said, " McGuane comes to ONE Industries with extensive global management experience. He began his career with Cannondale and for the past 20 years has ascended to hold multiple international leadership roles building an impressive background in product creation, marketing, sales and global operations."

McGuane most recently held the position of Global President of Dorel's Cycling Sports Group - leading the Cannondale and GT brands worldwide.
