Office Depot and Xerox Team up to Provide Comprehensive Digital Printing Solutions
Office Depot (NYSE:ODP), a leading global provider of office products
and services, has partnered with Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) to provide
a comprehensive package of digital solutions available through Office
Depot’s Design, Print & Ship Depot locations
throughout the United States. As part of the new program, Xerox and
Office Depot have developed a unique training program that will certify
Office Depot associates as experts in the area of digital imaging and
printing.
The "Xerox Certified Print Specialist”
program will equip Office Depot personnel with expert skills and
knowledge to provide customers a full range of enhanced digital
solutions, including wide-format printing, color analysis and a quality
guarantee with each print job.
"This exclusive partnership provides Office
Depot with a true advantage in a crowded marketplace and enables Design,
Print & Ship Depot to differentiate itself from the competition,”
said Randy Pianin, Senior Vice President of Design, Print & Ship for
Office Depot.
Customers at Office Depot retail locations nationwide will be able to
quickly identify the "Xerox Certified Print
Specialists” by a unique badge worn only by
associates who have completed the full certification program.

Depot builds on a longstanding relationship between the two companies,”

program provides another point of value to ensure customers get a
professional printing experience and a guaranteed level of quality with
each and every order.”
Print jobs and promotional product orders can either be submitted in
store or online, and customers have the option of picking up an order or
having it delivered directly to their home or office.
Office Depot’s Design, Print & Ship Depot
provides the following services:
Print on Demand: Any
business can now experience professional, full-service printing,
copying, binding and finishing anytime, anyplace, all at an affordable
price. Documents can be uploaded from any Internet-connected computer or
brought into any Office Depot store, and Office Depot will prepare them
for in-store pick-up or deliver directly to a home or office location.
With both retail locations and closed-door print facilities, Design,
Print & Ship Depot can handle jobs of any size.
Design Service: Office Depot’s
Design, Print & Ship Depot delivers professionally designed logos,
business cards, letterhead and websites. Depending on the package, up to
eight initial logo concepts will be created by a team of professional
designers and the entire review process can be done online. Professional
logo development starts as low as $299 and proofs are ready in as few as
three business days.
