NV5 Buys Dunn Environmental

(RTTNews) - NV5 Holdings, Inc. (NVEEU) said Thursday that it has acquired Dunn Environmental, Inc., which specializes in environmental and hydrogeology sciences in Northern California.

Dunn Environmental was purchased with a combination of cash and stock and is expected to be immediately accretive to NV5 earnings based on its project pipeline and clientele.

All Dunn Environmental staff and management have joined the NV5 team, including 25-year principal Patrick Dunn, who will continue to service their existing environmental client base and help grow the same vertical within NV5.
