NextEra Energy Partners LP Q3 Profit Drops, but beats estimates

(RTTNews) - NextEra Energy Partners LP (NEP) released earnings for third quarter that decreased from the same period last year but beat the Street estimates.

The company's earnings totaled $53 million, or $0.57 per share. This compares with $79 million, or $0.93 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 21.5% to $367 million from $302 million last year.
