NAVTEQ Welcomes Marc Naddell as Vice President, Partner & Developer Programs
CHICAGO, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NAVTEQ , a leading global provider of digital maps for vehicle navigation and location-based solutions, today announced the addition of Marc Naddell as Vice President, Partner & Developer Programs, reporting to Winston Guillory, Senior Vice President, Consumer & Enterprise. In this role, Naddell is responsible for leading the creation and execution of new partner and developer offerings to drive company initiatives through key external relationships.
With nearly 20 years of experience in product management and partner development programs, Naddell is a seasoned LBS solutions business strategist. Naddell most recently served as Head Developer of Programs at Nokia where he created and led the Forum Nokia PRO team which successfully brought several industry leading developer and partner programs to the wireless industry.
Prior to his tenure at Nokia, he spent 16 years at Motorola. In his last position, as Director of Motocoders, Naddell created and led the partner programs for Motorola's Handset Business. In addition, while at Motorola Naddell had leadership positions in product management, business development and strategy development in the Enterprise, Networks and Mobile Device business units where he successfully brought new products and solutions to global markets and customers.
In addition to his work in crafting industry leading programs for wireless devices, Naddell has been awarded 20 patents for innovations in the mobile industry. Mainly focused on user enhancements, location based services, infrastructure improvements and compelling new system and device features, Naddell's patents showcase a deep understanding and passion for the wireless industry.

Naddell holds an Executive Masters in Management from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and two undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, with separate concentrations in Marketing Management and International Business from Florida Atlantic University. He speaks German, French and Mandarin Chinese.
