Metropole Television Management Board Renewal

Regulatory News:

Given the current competitive environment and the quality of the management team, the M6 Group’s Supervisory Board (Paris:MMT), in its meeting held on 5 May 2014, approved the early reappointment of the Executive Board, whose term of office was due to end on 25 March 2015.

Following the change in the term of office of the Executive Board (from 5 to 3 years) in accordance with the decision of the Shareholders’ General Meeting of the same day, the Executive Board is reappointed until 25 March 2018.

The composition of the Executive Board will therefore remain the same, namely:

• Nicolas de TAVERNOST, Chairman,

• Thomas VALENTIN, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board in charge of Programmes and Content,

• Robin LEPROUX, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board in charge of Sales and Business Development,

• Jérôme LEFEBURE, Member of the Executive Board in charge of Finance and Support functions.
