Medical Properties Trust Q4 Earnings Rise 67%

(RTTNews) - Medical Properties Trust (MPW) released a profit for its fourth quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $75.42 million, or $0.32 per share. This was higher than $45.08 million, or $0.26 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 60.2% to $131.55 million. This was up from $82.11 million last year.
