Media Advisory: Committee of 100 to Host 2017 Annual Conference to Promote U.S.-China Relations in Washington, D.C. on May 18-20, 2017

WASHINGTON, May 17, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Committee of 100 – the premier non-partisan organization focused on U.S.-China relations and Chinese American advancement – will host its 2017 Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. from Thursday, May 18 - Saturday, May 20, 2017.

The 2017 Annual Conference theme is "Seeking Common Ground." Full list of speakers and agenda HERE.

WHO: Committee of 100 members and over 500 major influencers in government, business, academia, media and entertainment.

WHAT: Three-day annual conference to strengthen U.S.-China relations and advocate on behalf of Chinese Americans.

Thursday, May 18, from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. – C100 Awards Gala Dinner

The C100 Awards Dinner Gala will honor those who have advanced U.S.-China relations and advocated on behalf of Chinese Americans.

C100 Town Hall meeting event with experts on important topics relating to the advancement of Chinese Americans living in the U.S. and related U.S.-China policy matters.

The C100's White Paper, "Prosecuting Chinese 'Spies:' An Empirical Analysis of the Economic Espionage Act," also will be released, and selected C100 members will engage in a dialogue about current issues.
