McDATA and CNT Announce Early Termination of Hart-Scott-Rodino Waiting

Completion of the transaction, expected to occur during McDATA's second fiscal quarter 2005, still requires the satisfaction of additional conditions, including obtaining shareholder approval from both companies' shareholders.
