McAfee-Visa Partnership Aims To Protect Visa Business Cardholders

(RTTNews) - Security software major McAfee Corp. (MCFE), Tuesday said it partnered with Visa with a view to offering internet security to Visa Business cardholders.

The security offerings will be for eligible cardholders in North America (U.S. and Canada) and EMEA (England, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Finland, Poland, and Czech Republic), McAfee said in a statement.

Visa Business cardholders would be able to save up to 40 percent on a two-year subscription on comprehensive McAfee solutions. This will help protect sensitive data via email, provide web and firewall protection, offer mobile VPN, and safeguard devices from malware as well as the latest online threats, McAfee stated.

As an upgraded offer, Visa Infinite Business cardholders in the U.S. would be able to save up to 63 percent and receive access to flexible licensing options, including a one-year subscription to McAfee(r) Total Protection for 5/10/25 devices with varying levels of TechMaster call support. Other U.S., Canada, and EMEA cardholders can access two-year licensing options for McAfee Total Protection for 5/10/25 devices.

According to Verizon Business 2020 Data Breach Investigations Report, small businesses are very much vulnerable to hacking, with almost a third of the data breaches in 2020 involving small businesses.
