Majesco Entertainment Q4 Loss Widens - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Majesco Entertainment Co. (COOL), a provider of video games for the mass market, Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net loss of $4.6 million or $0.10 per share, wider than $2.7 million or $0.07 per share last year.

Net revenues for the quarter were $10.08 million, down 62 percent from $26.56 million a year ago.

Analysts expected loss of $0.04 per share on revenues of $14.15 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Due to the continuing lack of clarity on market development and consumer preferences for the recently released video gaming consoles, management is currently not providing sales and earnings guidance for fiscal 2014.
