LKQ Q4 Profit Increases

(RTTNews) - LKQ Corp. (LKQ) Thursday announced an increase in fourth quarter net income to $95.06 million from $80.47 million a year ago. On a per share basis, earnings increased to $0.31 from $0.26 a year ago.

On average, 12 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.31 per share. Analysts estimates usually exclude special items.

Revenue for the quarter increased to $1.748 billion from $1.684 billion in the previous year. Wall Street expected $1.79 billion.

Looking ahead to 2016, the company expects adjusted net income to be $490 to $520 million and adjusted earnings per share to be in a range of $1.59 to $1.69. Street expects $1.58 per share on revenue of $7.92 billion.

The company expects organic revenue growth for parts and services to be 6 to 8 percent.
