Lithia & Driveway Expands In The Mid-Atlantic With Stohlman Subaru Acquisition

(RTTNews) - Lithia & Driveway (LAD) Tuesday announced that it has acquired Stohlman Subaru in Sterling, Virginia, strengthening its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The acquisition adds $80 million in expected annualized revenue and was financed using existing resources. This aligns with Lithia & Driveway's mission to expand its footprint and innovate in the automotive retail sector, integrating the Stohlman Subaru team into its operations for continued growth.

LAD closed Tuesday's trading at $367.88 up 3.40 percent or $12.09 on the New York Stock Exchange.
