ING Groep NV Research Report
On August 26, 2013, ING Groep NV (ING) announced that it has reached an agreement to sell ING Life Korea, its wholly owned life insurance business in South Korea, to MBK Partners for a total purchase price of approximately KRW1.8 trillion or €1.2 billion at the current exchange rates.
