Landstar System Inc. Bottom Line Climbs 11% In Q1

(RTTNews) - Landstar System Inc. (LSTR) revealed earnings for its first quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $32.38 million, or $0.77 per share. This was higher than $29.18 million, or $0.69 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 9.7% to $780.91 million. This was up from $711.64 million last year.
