Lake City Bank Names Lisa O'Neill CFO

(RTTNews) - Lakeland Financial CorP (LKFN) and Lake City Bank on Tuesday named Lisa O'Neill as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

O'Neill will join the organizations in April 2014 and will oversee accounting, asset and liability management, investment portfolio management, treasury functions, among others.

Since 2007, O'Neill has served as CFO of First Manitowoc Bancorp Inc and prior to that was controller of PrivateBancorp Inc.

The company also reiterated that David Findlay, currently its president and CFO, will assume the role of chief executive officer at the company's April 8 shareholders meeting.
