Kite Pharma Prices 3.49 Mln Share Follow-On Offering At $54/share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Kite Pharma, Inc. (KITE) On Wednesday priced its expanded follow-on public offering of 3.49 million shares of its common stock at $54 per share.

The company had originally offered only 3.0 million shares of its common stock. The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 522,750 shares of common stock.

Jefferies LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Stifel is acting as co-manager.
