Kevin Harrison to Join Deutsche Bank Global Prime Finance as Head of Financing

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. today announced that Kevin Harrison will join as a Managing Director and Head of Financing within the bank’s Global Prime Finance business in the Global Markets division. Harrison will be based in New York and report to Jeff Dorman, Head of Global Prime Finance North America, who starts working at Deutsche Bank this month. As Head of Financing, Harrison will be responsible for managing equity financing within Deutsche Bank's Global Prime Finance business. He will join from Bear Stearns, where he is a Senior Managing Director in Equity Financing within the prime brokerage group. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Harrison was a Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Funding at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for all global equity funding, management of regulatory and cash capital and balance sheet activities for the equities division. At Lehman Brothers, Harrison was also a member of the Asset Liability Committee which was responsible for managing the Firm's financial resources globally. Harrison holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Finance from the University of North Florida.
