iStar Financial Declares Preferred Stock Dividends
NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- iStar Financial Inc. (NYSE: SFI) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared dividends on the Company's Series D, Series E, Series F, Series G, Series I and Series J Preferred Stock. For all six series of Preferred Stock, dividends are payable on September 16, 2013 to holders of record on September 3, 2013.
