(RTTNews) - Walter Klemp, Executive Chairman of medical device company Soliton Inc. (SOLY), will give a live interview on Yahoo Finance today (May 13) between 9AM - 10AM ET.

The interview will cover newly released cellulite clinical trial data of a new version of the Company's acoustic shockwave device Rapid Acoustic Pulse for the treatment of moderate to severe cellulite. The data was presented at a national aesthetics conference, SCALE 2019 on May 11, 2019.

Soliton has sought FDA approval for its Rapid Acoustic Pulse device in the indication of tattoo removal, and a 510(k) application for premarket clearance was submitted on March 27, 2019. If all goes well as planned, the Company expects to receive clearance to market the device in mid-2019.

Founded in March 2012, Soliton went public on the Nasdaq Capital Market on February 19, 2019, offering its shares at a price of $5.00 each. The stock opened its first day of trading at $4.89.

SOLY closed Friday's (May 10) trading at $13.60, up 10.39%.
