Inteliquent Lifts FY13 Revenue Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Inteliquent Inc. (IQNT) said that it now expects revenue for fiscal 2013 to be $215 million - $225 million, compared to prior estimate of $200 million - $210 million. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report revenues of $205.68 million for fiscal 2013. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

For 2013, the company now anticipates adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $57 million - $62 million, Capital Expenditures of $12 million - $16 million. Earlier, the company expected adjusted EBITDA to be between $34 and $40 million, Capital Expenditures of $14 - $18 million for fiscal 2013.

The company said that the financial estimates include the results for the company's global data business prior to its divestiture on April 30, 2013.
