Huron Buys Rittman Mead India For Undisclosed Terms

(RTTNews) - Huron Consulting Group Inc (HURN), a provider of business consulting services, on Monday said it has acquired Rittman Mead India, the Indian affiliate of data and analytics consulting firm Rittman Mead Consulting Ltd. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Huron said the addition of Rittman Mead India enhances its enterprise performance management and analytics offerings to clients on a global scale, while also providing a local presence for clients based in India.

The deal will result in more than 40 executive, technical and sales professionals joining Huron's EPM & Analytics practice.
