Hudson City Bancorp Names Anthony Fabiano President, COO - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Bank-holding company Hudson City Bancorp, Inc. (HCBK) Thursday said it has named Anthony Fabiano president and chief operating officer to replace Denis Salamone who is now chief executive officer and chairman of the company.
Fabiano was most recently the executive vice president of Finance and Administration. Prior to that, he worked as CFO for Sound Federal Bancorp and MSB Bancorp.
Earlier today, Hudson City Bancorp announced the appointment of CEO Denis Salamone as Chairman of the board. He succeeds Ronald Hermance, Jr. who died recently.
