Hospitality Properties Trust Q4 Profit Retreats

(RTTNews) - Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) released earnings for fourth quarter that decreased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its profit totaled $87.87 million, or $0.54 per share. This was lower than $93.38 million, or $0.57 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 11.7% to $535.14 million. This was up from $479.28 million last year.
