Hospitality Properties Q4 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) Thursday said fourth-quarter Funds from operations or FFO were $130.5 million or $0.87 per share, compared to $105.0 million or $0.72 per share in the prior year period.

Normalized FFO per share increased to $0.81 from $0.70 in the prior year.

Net income available for common shareholders for the latest fourth quarter increased to $51.4 million or $0.34 per share from $27.6 million or $0.19 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

On average, four analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $0.78 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Total revenues improved to $430.53 million from $384.79 million last year, while two analysts expected revenues of $412.47 million.
