Group 1 Automotive Boost Dividend

(RTTNews) - Automotive retailer Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (GPI) said Monday that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share for the fourth quarter of 2014.

The dividend, which represents an increase of 5.3%, or $0.01 per share, from the third quarter of 2014, will be payable on March 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 2, 2015.

"Group 1 delivered all-time record adjusted earnings for the fourth quarter and full year of 2014, and the board of directors is pleased to share that success by increasing the dividend paid to our shareholders this quarter," said Earl Hesterberg, Group 1's president and chief executive officer.
