GHK Consulting, Ltd. Completes Acquisition of Mostra SA

GHK Consulting, Ltd., a subsidiary of ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, announced today that it has closed on the acquisition of Mostra SA, a leading communications firm based in Brussels. Mostra provides strategic communications capabilities that will greatly complement ICF’s policy work and enhance the ICF’s strategy of providing implementation services that leverage its advisory services.

Squire Sanders acted as ICF’s legal counsel on the transaction. PwC conducted financial and tax due diligence for ICF. Mostra shareholders were advised by goetzpartners Corporate Finance.
