Flowserve to Announce Third Quarter 2009 Results on October 28 and Hold Conference Call on October 29
Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS), a leading provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets, today announced it plans to hold a conference call to discuss its 2009 third quarter financial results on Thursday, October 29 at 11 am Eastern time. Mark Blinn, President and Chief Executive Officer, and other members of management, will be presenting.
The company plans to file its form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as issue its earnings release and earnings call presentation for the third quarter after the close of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Wednesday, October 28, in advance of the call.
The call is being webcast by Thomson Reuters and can be accessed at the Flowserve website at www.flowserve.com, under the Investor Relations section.
