First Federal of Northern Michigan Bancorp, Inc. Announces Appointment Of Director Craig A. Kus

ALPENA, Mich., July 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- First Federal of Northern Michigan Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:  FFNM) (the "Company") and its Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Craig A. Kus as a director of the Company and of the Company's principal operating subsidiary, First Federal of Northern Michigan (the "Bank").  Mr. Kus has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank since the Company's merger with Alpena Banking Corporation in August 2014. Prior to his service to the Company, Mr. Kus served as a Board of Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer for Alpena Banking Corporation, and its principal subsidiary, Bank of Alpena since their formation in 2001.
