First Data Names New President of First Data Debit Services

Strubbe joins First Data from West Corporation, where he hasserved as president of West Interactive Corp., which deliversoutsourced interactive voice response and advanced speech recognitionapplications for Fortune 1000 companies.

Strubbe was a key member of the First Data leadership team from1995 to 2000, serving as managing director, System Architecture andProduct Development; president, Electronic Payments Group (EPG); andvice president, Corporate Development for First Data Corp. Aspresident of EPG, Strubbe was responsible for First Data's debitbusiness, leading sales, marketing, client services, productdevelopment, and system development efforts.
