First Data Names Chief Technology Officer; Dibble to Lead Technology Strategy for Future Growth

As CTO, Dibble will be responsible for all IT developmentactivities and his team will focus on identifying, creating andimplementing technologies that drive customer solutions.

Guy Battista remains First Data's chief information officer,ensuring that the company's systems, infrastructure and processes aredelivered on a daily basis, as well as continuing to lead First Data'sOutput Services and the Call Center Services Group.
