Fidelity National Financial Inc Bottom Line Rises 3% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Fidelity National Financial Inc (FNF) revealed a profit for its third quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $197 million, or $0.71 per share. This was higher than $192 million, or $0.69 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.67 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 5.3% to $2.0 billion. This was up from $1.9 billion last year.
