FelCor Lodging Trust Q4 Loss Narrows

(RTTNews) - FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (FCH) Tuesday reported fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of $4.42 million or $0.04 per share, compared to a negative FFO of $95.66 million or $0.77 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted FFO for the quarter was $6.32 million or $0.05 per share. On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $0.04 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net loss attributable to FelCor common stockholders narrowed to $29.55 million or $0.24 per share from $102.07 million or $0.83 per share last year.

Revenues totaled $214.21 million, up from $210.96 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $212.72 million.
