EQS-Adhoc: flatexDEGIRO AG: Resignation of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board as of March 27, 2025

Martin Korbmacher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO AG (“Company”), has today informed the Chairman of the Company's Management Board that he will resign from his position on the Company's Supervisory Board prematurely with effect from March 27, 2025.

The search for a successor was already initiated in 2024 due to the regular expiry of his mandate after the 2025 Annual General Meeting (“Annual General Meeting”) and is well advanced. The Company expects to be able to propose a successor solution in the coming weeks for election by the Annual General Meeting on June 2, 2025.

Regarding the ongoing court proceeding concerning the action for annulment and positive declaratory judgment dated July 4, 2024, with the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main under file number 3-05 O 70/24, against the findings on agenda item 13 relating to the Annual General Meeting on June 4, 2024, resolution on the dismissal of a member of the Supervisory Board (Mr Martin Korbmacher) pursuant to Section 103 Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the Company and the plaintiff, GfBk Gesellschaft für Börsenkommunikation mbH, intend to end this in a timely manner by means of a settlement.
