EQS-Ad-hoc: flatexDEGIRO AG / Key word(s): Forecast After record year 2024, flatexDEGIRO announces mid-term targets for Fiscal Year 2027, targeting a Net Income of around EUR 200 million flatexDEGIRO AG (the “Company“), closed its fiscal year 2024 with Revenues of EUR 480 million and a Net Income of EUR 112 million, based on preliminary results. For 2025, flatexDEGIRO expects to maintain these record levels despite reduced Interest Income. For Revenues, the Company expects a change compared to 2024 in the range of -5 % to +5 % and for Net Income of -5% to +10%. Based on strategic measures and new product launches, the Management Board of flatexDEGIRO AG today has agreed on mid-term targets for fiscal year 2027. The Company expects to increase its Revenues to around EUR 650 million and to achieve a Net Income of around EUR 200 million in fiscal year 2027.
