Emmenbrücke, April 15th 2016. Accu Holding AG (Accu) has been informed today that the Chairman of the Board of Accu steps down with immediate effect from his function as Chairman due to the ongoing proceedings against him. He remains ordinary member of the Board. Andreas Kratzer has been appointed Chairman ad interim until the next ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Andes Kratzer will also act as CEO ad interim until the next ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and, together with the Accu group management and the management of the local subsidiaries, continue to pursue the strategic objectives of Accu and expedite necessary implementations.
