EOC Limited: UPDATE TO PRIMARY INSIDER DISCLOSURE

Reference is made to the balloting announcement made by EMAS Offshore Limited ("EMAS" or the "Company") on 3 October 2014. In the announcement, it was stated that Ms. Doreen Mok Mon Long, wife of Mr. Lee Chye Tek Lionel, Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company had subscribed 80,000 shares in the Singapore Offering. Following the allotment, Ms. Doreen Mok Mon Long was allocated 44,000 shares. As a result, Mr. Lee Chye Tek Lionel holds on a consolidated basis a total of 330,888,316 shares, equal to 75.26% of the issued share capital of EMAS.

Further, Captain Adarash Kumar A/L Chranji Lal Amarnath, Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of EMAS was allocated 164,000 shares in the Singapore Offering. Following allocation of the shares, Captain Adarash Kumar A/L Chranji Lal Amarnath holds a total of 164,000 shares directly, equal to 0.04% of the issued share capital of EMAS.
